Eligibility: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Full Refund / Replacement

• Faulty or damaged items: Full refund or replacement, we cover all costs.
• Wrong item sent: Return free of charge, and we'll send the correct item.
• Customer ordered wrong product: Return 100% unused items with complete packaging for a refund.

2. Out of Stock

• We will contact you to offer exchange or refund.
• Refunds issued for unavailable items; remaining items in your order will be shipped.

3. Package Not Received

• If delivery fails due to invalid address, wrong contact info, or refusal to pay import duties, shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the package is lost in transit, contact us and we will resend the item or combine it with a new order.
