The KD Mate is a professional car key programming device designed to work seamlessly with the Mobile KD App.

Using the included adapter cable, KD Mate enables Toyota Smart Key programming without a pincode and allows all-key-lost key addition for Toyota vehicles — without requiring a simulator.

Continuously updated through the Mobile KD App, KD Mate acts as a secure communication bridge between KD devices and the vehicle system. It is fully compatible with KD-X2, KD-MAX, and all KD remotes, helping locksmiths reduce programming costs and increase efficiency.

KD Mate Functions:
 
1. Toyota (after year 2019) Hitag-AES (4A) smart key programming without pincode and all key lost programming without simulator (ZB remote emergency ignition), including new Toyota Corolla and Levin with 2000 FCCID 
2. 4D smart key (including 0111/0140/0780/5380/7990) adding, all key lost and emergency ignition (4D transponder emergency ignition), for detail car models please see description of the remote site in Mobile KD app.

How to Use the KD Mini Prog:
  • Weld the cable harness to the corresponding instrument position according to the diagram available in the Mobile KD app.
  • Connect the KD Mini Prog wires, then link the KeyDiy Prog programming device with the KeyDiy KD Max programmer or a compatible Android device.
  • Start the Mobile KD app and navigate to Immo Programming > KD Mini Prog to initiate MQB dashboard data reading.
  • Ensure your KD-MAX or phone has sufficient power to guarantee successful reading.
  • Once dashboard data is successfully read, begin key programming with the KD-Max Key programmer.

How to Activate the KEYDIY KD Mini Prog

Activating the KD Mini Prog is an easy process. You can activate the device using your KEYDIY Max programmer for 5000 KD-Coin. These coins can be earned by generating KD remotes and KD smart keys. If your KD Max programmer doesn't have enough KD-Coin, You can Purchase the KD Mini Prog Activation using your KD Mobile App.

Remember, the activation of your KD Mini Prog is essential to be able to use it with your KD Max Programmer to unlock its full capabilities and ensure smooth operation in your key programming tasks.
